Couple therapy consists of two individuals committed to work on improving their relationship. The therapist meets with the couple to look at the dynamics of the relationship and provide insight into their shared strengths and weaknesses.  The therapist is a neutral mediator and provides counseling to both partners to promote two-way communication, resources to create positive ways of thinking and ways the couple can show love and support for one another.

Therapy structured to improve romantic relationships and interpersonal conflicts related to trust, insecurity, infidelity, alone but together, finances, blended family relationships, and making decisions. The therapist attempts to help both partners think of the relationship in a more objective manner.  In therapy sessions, the therapist provides education around blaming, controlling, communication, unsolved problems, and unmet emotional needs in relationships.
