Individual therapy consists of one on one sessions with a therapist to discuss feeling, beliefs and challenges in a safe, caring and confidential environment. Together the individual and therapist join as a team to change or improve a person’s quality of life. In this session the therapist completes a thorough evaluation and begin to customize treatment plan for future sessions.
